How do you handle payment?

Invoicing will be sent via email. This message will contain a secure link allowing you to pay with any major debit or credit card, PayPal, or Apple Pay.

Will someone spend the night at my house?

We do not have a service to stay the night. Sit & Stay provides pets with care during several sessions throughout the day; including early morning and late night customizable options before bed. Overnight your pet will be in a location of your choosing; kennel, bedroom, or free roam!

How do I schedule?

After submitting the new client form, we will reach out to you to schedule the initial Meet & Greet. For future visits you will be given a phone number to text for any requests.

How far in advanced can I schedule?

You can book services for your pet 3 months in advance down to day off depending on availability!

Do you cover Sioux City?

Sit and Stay is based in the North Sioux City, SD area. Due to travel time we have limited availability in Sioux City. Our hope to to expand one day and cover more of Sioux City consistently. Stay tuned as Sit + Stays grows and is able to cover a larger service area!

Can you give my pets their meds while I am gone?

Yes! At no extra cost Sit & Stay is trained in administering medication to your furry friend!
